The NPC on behalf of the Department of Health owns npc.nhs.uk (NPC website) which is maintained for your personal use and viewing. The access and use of npc.nhs.uk in accordance with these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of them. They take effect from the date on which you first use this website. Intellectual property rights and Copyright
The National Prescribing Centre (NPC) became part of the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) on 1st April 2011 therefore all existing and future NPC copyright materials will now be subject to NICE terms and conditions of use.

Liability
We exclude any liability to you should the NPC website not be available at any particular time.
